To be a woman is to transform knowledge into presence, sensitivity into strength and passion on the way.
Being a woman was never just occupying a space.
Was always build it.
In science, in gastronomy, in beer, in sensory analysis, in the market, women continue to prove competence before even exercising their listening, their intuition and their critical gaze.
Women’s Day is not about flowers, nor about heroic exceptions.
It is about recognizing trajectories made of constancy, study, rigor and conscious choices. It’s about understanding that sensitivity is not fragility, it’s a tool. That listening is not passivity, it is intelligence. That depth is not excess, it is commitment.
In the beer universe, it is still common to confuse force with volume, innovation with noise, authority with a loud voice. Women continue to show, every day, that there is another path: attention to detail, the construction of a repertoire, the translation between technique, culture and experience.
Celebrating women’s day is to say that diversity is not a trend.
It is a condition for quality.
That more women can occupy, and transform, technical, decision-making and symbolic spaces. Not for repeating models, but for creating others.
Today it’s not about labels.
It’s about presence.
